1. Returns
We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a refund.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at radianttulips@outlook.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. European Union Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
